An animated comedy about the cats of one Bed-Stuy apartment building — the stoop, the hallways, the fire escape, and the tiny civilization of mice living inside the walls. Small problems. Treated as enormous. Because to a cat, they are.
The Stoop
The town square. Everything important happens here, usually around snack time.
The Walls
Mouse territory. They have borders. They have paperwork. Do not ask about the paperwork.
The Park Corner
Where the squirrel allegedly lives. "Allegedly" is doing a lot of work in that sentence.
The Street
Hydrant summers, the ice cream truck jingle, and the bus that's never on time. Perfect.
The Neighbors
Meet the building
Every building has its characters. This one has only characters.
RyCat
Naps professionally. Says maybe six words a day. Somehow always exactly where he needs to be, exactly when it matters.
Bandit
Top floor. Speaks in proverbs. Knows everything that happens in the building — usually before it happens. Don't ask how.
Luna
The one cat in Brooklyn who loves water. The shower, the puddles, the hydrant. Nobody knows why. Nobody questions it.
Lobster Cat
22 pounds of Maine Coon. Looks terrifying. Is the softest resident in the building. Deeply embarrassed about it.
Skitz
The squirrel from the park who moved into the walls "for the summer." Talks at 400 words a minute. Somehow always right.
C-Train
Hears everything that moves through the walls. Takes credit for everything his partner figures out. Every single time.
Static
Never wrong. Not once. Lets C-Train take the credit, because being underestimated is a strategy. He has a whole thing worked out.
Honey
From down the block. Always warm, always smiling, always "helping." Everything gets 40% more complicated within ten minutes. Nobody blames her. They should.
